 Persons who submit checks to Roscoe’s Pool and Spa for payment that are subsequently returned for insufficient funds, cancelled check, stopped payment, inability to locate, etc. will be in danger of having their account suspended. 

If a check is returned to Roscoe’s Pool and Spa, the customer will be responsible for paying the full amount of the check that was returned as well as a MANDATORY $45.00 returned check fee.  Payment MUST be received within 10 business days of being notified of a returned check or the customer’s account could be turned over to a collection agency.

The ONLY acceptable forms of payments for returned checks are cash, money order,  or cashier's check  We  accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Opening and Closing

All products are delivered to the customer via the service truck on the customer’s route day.

Returns:

You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any special order items will have a 25% restocking fee.  
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping
Most items are delivered via our service trucks with the technician.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
      
 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
